I was unsure of what I wanted, so I emailed Flowers by Gina and they customized a bouquet for me! We had a slight mix up on the address, but the issue was corrected within an hour and a beautiful bouquet was delivered. Incredible customer service, quick response times. Gina Jones was compassionate and caring . I couldn't make it to my Grandma's funeral, but Gina was flexible in the colors of the arrangement and to put all her love into the arrangement. I would highly recommend , the quality of the flowers is top quality.

The arrangement was beautiful and Tiffany loved it. However, there were very bright (almost neon) orange colored roses in it (just a few) and I didn't like them. Overall, though, it was a beautiful arrangement. Thank you!

My siblings and I were unable to attend the services for my father. We were able to customize this cross and all those who attended the service assured us they were the nicest flowers he had. The priest took some of the blooms and added them to the urn. We could not have been more grateful for the work Gina and her team did for us. The ordering was easy, the customization was easy, and the results made us all very proud.

I life out of state and was unable to attend the services for my step mother and father. These flowers for my stepmom were just wonderful and her family in attendance were moved to tears. Thanks to this team we were at the service in spirit if not in person.

Flowers by Gina was so easy to order the flower arrangement. It was for the same day delivery and the arrangement was delivered by the afternoon. It was just as pictured. They made sure to notify once delivered.

Beautiful as pictured and delivered on time, Job well done!
